LibertyBus wins top prize at Jersey Customer Service Awards

Liberty bus logoLibertyBus, HCT Group’s operation in Jersey, was announced as the overall winner at the prestigious Jersey Customer Service Awards, held yesterday at the Radisson Hotel in St Helier.  The team also collected two further prizes for ‘Best Team’ and ‘Best Business’.

The awards recognise and reward those in Jersey who go the extra mile in customer service excellence on a consistent basis. Nominations come from the general public as well as the business community.

 “Customer service is at the centre of everything we do” said Kevin Hart, Director of the Channel Islands at HCT Group. “It’s a total team effort - our engineers who keep our buses running, our cleaners who make sure those buses are presentable, our drivers who provide a welcoming and safe environment, our controllers who keep the service running and our frontline customer service staff who go the extra mile – each play their part in providing excellent customer service.”
