We are proud to share the wonderful news that HCT Group’s Learning Centre has been ranked number 47 in the Top 100 Index for the National Centre for Diversity (NCFD) Awards 2019. The index celebrates the contributions of the most committed people and organisations which promote Fairness, Respect, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement (FREDIE).
The Learning Centre was evaluated by NCFD on the work they do around inclusiveness and diversity, and there was a thorough process that involved staff and stakeholders (learners, commissioners, employers and referral agencies) providing feedback on the Centre which was measured against a very detailed criteria.
NCFD advocate for equal opportunity and fairness for all and hold high standards for what both these terms mean. The Learning Centre supports inclusiveness and embraces all skillsets and abilities and we are proud it has ranked in the top 50.
Tutu Adebiyi, Director of Skills & Employment at The Learning Centre, said “This award is so important to us as we work tirelessly to represent diversity and inclusiveness. To be recognised for our efforts means so much.”
Huge congratulations to Tutu and her team for this well-deserved win!
