LibertyBus Secures Top Customer Service Award

LibertyBus is very proud to announce their recent success at the 2019 Channels Island Customer Service Awards. The Island’s public bus service saw off tough competition to scoop the Best Customer Service from Travel award.

The awards, now in their ninth year, shine light on the teams and individuals around the Island that consistently deliver excellent customer service to residents and visitors. Nominations made by the public are reviewed by an expert judging panel and the most deserving businesses chosen as winners.

The ceremony took place on the 20th October at the Royal Yacht Hotel where finalists from every industry gathered to celebrate the very best of customer service.
LibertyBus were shortlisted along side teams from British Airways and local agency Wayte Travel Management in the Travel category.

Kevin Hart, Director of The Channel Islands, has said that winning this award was a real achievement and the team are a credit to the company.

“We are hugely proud of the entire team that consistently deliver excellent service to our customers. This award is fantastic recognition of their hard work and dedication to providing a reliable and efficient service.”
