The survey explores how people feel about their role, the organisation and how communication and dialogue might be improved. Results are shared across the organisation, with each region developing an action plan to follow up on staff feedback.

‘Some people don’t go out from one week to the next, so they look forward to you coming. It’s nice getting to know passengers – some of them I’ve known for years.
‘We do day trips in summer – we go to Weston-Super-Mare, or garden centres, or Cheddar – and make a day of it. People make new friends on those trips, it’s lovely.
