Ash Grove driver Mohammed scoops customer service prize

Mohammed Shabir, a driver on route W12 based at Ash Grove in Hackney, has won the Year of the Bus award for outstanding customer service at the London Bus Awards 2014 - the third time in a row an HCT Group driver has won the award.

CT Plus takes over Route 902, Bristol Park and Ride
