Traffic Manager, Leeds, £comp.

Ct Plus Yorkshire is a part of the HCT Group, a social enterprise business renowned for delivering high quality services – from yellow school bus operations to independent travel training, registered service work to social enterprise contracts.

Due to a recent opening, there is an immediate requirement for an experienced Traffic Manager to join our business. The successful candidate will direct day-to-day operation of all services – delivering excellence as standard. You will manage the consistent output of a team of 100 employees on a daily basis and meet rigorous productivity targets within allocated budgets.

The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with at least 10 years’ management experience in roles involving large teams. You will combine a collaborative approach with strong attention to detail, have a proven track record of engaging with internal and external stakeholders and hold a CPC qualification for operating passenger transport. Community Transport Drivers, Hackney, £comp, shift work

We are seeking friendly, reliable, professional drivers to join HCT in providing transportation and support to users of our services according to their individual needs and requirements.

As well as being an excellent driver with a sound understanding of the needs of SEN and disabled people (as you will be working with vulnerable people), you must hold a clean driving licence. Due to working with children and vulnerable adults, you must also be willing to apply for an enhanced DBS; if you have a portal DBS, this will be accepted. You will possess excellent communication skills, be flexible, honest, have a ‘can do’ attitude and be confident working on your own initiative.

Drivers will be expected to work on all our Community Transport Services, including Dial-A-Ride, Group Transport and SEN. The role involves a minimum of 20 hours per week, based on a 5-day working with shift patterns. Hours and days to be discussed at interview.

We are seeking friendly, reliable, professional drivers to join LaSCoT in providing transportation and support to our service users according to their individual needs and requirements.

In addition to being an excellent driver with a clean driving licence, you will have a sound understanding of the needs of older and disabled people - as you will be working with vulnerable people. You must also be willing to apply for an enhanced DBS; if you have a portal DBS, this will be accepted. You will possess excellent communication skills, be flexible, honest, have a ‘can do’ attitude and be confident working on your own initiative.

Drivers will be working on various services according to operational requirements, Dial-A-Ride, Home to School, car and minibus.

MyBus drivers, Leeds and Wakefield depots, from £8.67 per hour

CT Plus Yorkshire currently has a number of vacancies at its Leeds and Wakefield depots for qualified PCV drivers to deliver its MyBus home to school services.

A variety of vacancies currently exist as term time only drivers operating from our Leeds depot. Applicants must hold a valid Category D entitlement to drive PCV vehicles on their license, have no more than 6 penalty points and have completed at least 3 modules of their driver CPC qualification. They will also be required to undergo an enhanced CRB check as the posts will involve working with children.

We offer competitive rates of pay, starting from £8.67 per hour as well as training and other benefits.
