Transport for the personalisation agenda

The personalisation agenda will change how adult social services are delivered – putting the person at the centre of services. HCT Group is committed to providing transport solutions that embrace the personalisation agenda, ensuring that service users can access their activities flexibly in a way that meets their needs.

We are also working with local authorities in our areas of operation to plan ways that existing transport services can be made more flexible to accommodate an increasing variety of requirements – and working with other service providers on the best way to ‘bundle’ transport solutions into their offers.

We are piloting transport services for people with personal budgets in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and will be launching other services across the group shortly.
