Your feedback is a vital part of making sure that the bus service in Guernsey is meeting everybody’s needs. So if you have compliments or complaints, suggestions or ideas – then we would really like to hear from you. You can provide feedback in whichever of the following ways suits you best.

Get involved in BUG – The Bus Users’ Group: If you’d like your say in how the service can be improved, you can get involved in BUG - an independent charity registered in Guernsey. You can reach BUG via their website at www.bug.gg.
