Contact the Environment Department: The bus services are operated on behalf of the Environment Department by CT Plus, so you can contact them directly by writing to the Environment Department, Passenger Transport Section, PO Box 145, Bulwer Avenue, St Sampsons or by calling them on tel. 243400.

Get involved in BUG – The Bus Users’ Group: If you’d like your say in how the service can be improved, you can get involved in BUG - an independent charity registered in Guernsey. You can reach BUG via their website at www.bug.gg.
