We have great opportunities for PCV licence holders at our London red bus garages in Hackney.

We’re looking for individuals who are well presented, reliable, punctual – enthusiastic about delivering a great service to our customers and helping to keep the wheels turning. Our experienced team of support staff and managers will guide you through your training, providing support to help you reach your full potential.

We offer:

Good rates of pay; training rate starting from £10 per hour, moving to £12 per hour following completion of our Induction program and then rising to £14 per hour after 12 months’ service
If you already hold a Licence for London we will account for your years of experience and place you on our equivalent rate of pay
Performance bonuses, and safe driving incentives
Up to 2-week induction, route learning and vehicle familiarisation before you hit the road for the first time
Excellent training and development opportunities, including City and Guilds and CPC to ensure you keep your hard-earned qualifications

What we look for:

You will need to be passionate about providing excellent customer service and love working with the variety of people living and working in the capital. You’ll know that driving our passengers safely from A to B is a job well done and be able to stay calm under pressure on London’s busy roads. and. We’re a 24hour operation, so you’ll need to be prepared to work a variety of shift patterns including weekends, early mornings & late nights.

Requirements:

•A full UK PCV driving licence

•Valid Drivers Qualification Card – CPC

•Complete a satisfactory Medical Assessment

•No bans in last 10 years or more than 6 points on your licence
